This is where the concept of \u201cnudging, not judging\u201d can be transformative.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s about guiding ourselves and others toward positive change with gentle encouragement rather than harsh criticism. When it comes to financial planning, this philosophy is particularly powerful. Let\u2019s be honest\u2014money is a sensitive subject!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We often feel judged, not just by others, but by ourselves, when we don\u2019t make the \u201cright\u201d decisions. We look at our past financial mistakes and wonder why we didn\u2019t do better.
